you can not have access to your bf’s chat but u can do one thing i.e. if he has backup of his chats on google drive as whatsapp now-a-days creates backup on google drive as well as internal phone memory if the user allows..the. you can try to hack his gmail account by watching or taking help of some CS student or a hacker and then you have to login his gmail account on your phone and if u verifies whatsapp with your number also then also it will ask you for a backup from gmail and it will restore the backup..
